In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all SlotPHP users and communications:

- "Wallet" refers to the in-platform currency balance held in a Player's SlotPHP account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
- "Platform" refers to the website, mobile interface, and all services available at slotphp.best.
To participate in any real-money game or claim any bonus at SlotPHP, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and a Philippine mobile number for verification purposes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one SlotPHP account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during SlotPHP registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information — particularly regarding age, identity, or residency — is grounds for immediate account termination without prior notice.
Identity Verification: SlotPHP may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification at any point. Withdrawal processing may be held pending verification completion. This is a standard regulatory requirement under PAGCOR compliance obligations.
SlotPHP is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game on the SlotPHP platform. This requirement applies regardless of the age of majority in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
By registering at SlotPHP, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law, and that you are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by SlotPHP or any PAGCOR-affiliated operator.
SlotPHP uses age verification procedures at registration and may require additional documentation at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method after verification, with no winnings paid.

SlotPHP accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits have a minimum of ₱100. Bank transfers via InstaPay have a minimum of ₱200. Visa/Mastercard deposits have a minimum of ₱500. These minimums are subject to change; current minimums are always displayed at the deposit screen.
Deposits are generally processed instantly for e-wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing times. SlotPHP is not responsible for delays caused by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
Deposits must only be made from payment methods owned by and registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the withdrawal hold of any funds deposited by that method until ownership is verified.
Players may request withdrawals of their real-money wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: the account must be fully verified, there must be no active wagering requirement on any bonus funds in the wallet, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of ₱500 for e-wallet methods and ₱1,000 for bank transfers.
Withdrawal processing times at SlotPHP depend on VIP Club tier. Standard members receive processing within 24–48 hours during business days. Silver tier members within 12–24 hours. Gold tier and above receive same-day priority processing. All times are measured from the point of SlotPHP approval, not from the player's withdrawal request.
SlotPHP may request additional identity verification for any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above ₱50,000, or where the account activity pattern triggers a compliance review. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and not a discretionary decision by SlotPHP staff.
Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. SlotPHP does not process withdrawals to a different account or method than the one used to fund the account without full reverification.
SlotPHP offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP cashback. All promotions are subject to terms specific to that offer, which are published at the point of claiming. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all SlotPHP promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
All SlotPHP bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you must wager ₱30,000 in eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for specific promotions may differ and are stated clearly at the time of the offer.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of wager value. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Table poker variants contribute 10%. Virtual sports and Tongits contribute 100%. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the SlotPHP platform.
Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a specific promotion states a different validity period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited upon expiry. The clock does not pause during periods of inactivity.
Bonus Abuse: SlotPHP uses automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intention. Players found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus balances voided and may have their accounts suspended.
All slot titles available at SlotPHP are provided by licensed third-party game developers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The RTP rates published for each game reflect the actual certified rates and cannot be modified by SlotPHP or its operators.
Live casino games at SlotPHP use real physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by professional human dealers in certified studios. No computer-generated outcomes are used in live games. Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the game round closes.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, SlotPHP's server logs are the authoritative record of the game state at the point of failure. If the round was in progress and a result had not been determined, the bet will be returned. If a result had been determined but the payout had not been credited, the payout will be credited on account review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SlotPHP platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform interface
- Collusion with other players in any card game, including poker and Tongits
- Creating or operating multiple accounts on the SlotPHP platform
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings — any wins generated through a known or suspected error must be reported and are subject to reversal
- Systematic exploitation of bonus terms (bonus abuse) as described in Section 6
- Chargeback requests made after a deposit has been used to place real-money bets
SlotPHP reserves the right to suspend any account under investigation and to withhold funds during that investigation period. If an investigation results in no finding of prohibited conduct, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.
SlotPHP may suspend or close a Player's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete identity verification within the required period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the Player's own request.
If a Player's account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, SlotPHP reserves the right to withhold any balance including pending withdrawal requests pending full investigation. Funds from accounts closed due to confirmed breach may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their SlotPHP account may submit a request through the support team. Closure requests for accounts with no active bonus requirements and no outstanding withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. SlotPHP will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy action is taken. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will retain that balance for a period of 3 years from last activity, after which unclaimed funds may be surrendered to PAGCOR in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
SlotPHP is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be entertainment and that players should always be in control of their spending. The following tools are available to all SlotPHP account holders at no cost and without any restriction on their use:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Timers: Automatic reminders at intervals you set, showing session duration and total wagered in the current session.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the SlotPHP platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
- Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications showing time spent and money wagered during the current session.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the SlotPHP platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. SlotPHP operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
Any dispute between a Player and SlotPHP that cannot be resolved through our internal support and complaints process will be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Players agree to exhaust the SlotPHP internal complaints process before escalating to any regulatory body.
The SlotPHP internal complaints process requires that disputes be submitted in writing to support@slotphp.best within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. SlotPHP will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
SlotPHP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, SlotPHP will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the registered address of all active accounts and by posting a notice on the SlotPHP platform.
Your continued use of the SlotPHP platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account prior to the effective date and receive any real-money balance to your verified payment method.
